I left the admin conference with some questions on the items below. These are new(s) to me, and I'd like to know how your offices do (or don't do) what's listed below. If anything below is incorrect or shows a misunderstanding, please let me know that as well!


  • Log prospectuses for direct business, and account blotters for anything that a client paid a commission on

  • Post-review required: 529, mutual funds, advisory?, variable life, additional annuity contributions

  • Beneficiaries under CC account for mutual funds
